Returns & Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To request an exchange, contact us at roger@amensupply.com with your order number and the size you’d like.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In these cases, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for refunds.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
